The FWD1350-DT Honeycomb Paper Stretching & Cutting Machine is designed for producing and processing honeycomb paper cores. It performs stretching, drying, and precision cutting in one process, ideal for honeycomb packaging and eco-friendly board manufacturing.
With a robust welded steel structure, the machine provides stable operation even during continuous production. Its dual servo feeding system (roller + chain) and upper pressure rollers ensure smooth, accurate material transport.
The integrated cross and longitudinal cutting system uses circular and guillotine blades to achieve clean, dust-free cuts without the need for an exhaust system. The 9 heating tubes (2 kW each) and insulated heating chamber deliver consistent temperature and efficient energy use.
